Policies

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Checks and Cash.

Class Cards, Monthly Memberships
•	These are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be shared. Cannot be used towards Workshops, Clinics, or other Special Events. Classes and teachers are subject to change.
•	They begin on day purchased unless indicated otherwise.
•	Expiration date will not be extended because of business travel or vacations. Please note your card expiration or feel free to ask the Buddhi Staff. Email reminders are sent - be sure your correct email is on file and you have chosen to "opt-in" for email alerts and updates. In the event of injury or illness, cards and memberships can be put on hold for 30 days. Please contact us as soon as possible. A doctor’s note will be required.
Workshops, Specialty Class Clinics, Special Events
•	We do not issue refunds for any workshops, clinics or special event.
•	A Buddhi Mat account credit will be issued (minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable) if you cancel and notify us 48 hours prior to start of workshop, clinic or event.
•	We do not issue any refunds or account credits for workshops we hold with visiting master teachers. Credit Card, cash or check are the only forms of payment accepted. Account credit may not be used towards a purchase for a workshop or event with a visiting master teacher.
•	Buddhi Mat reserves the right to cancel any workshop, special event or clinic due to lack of interest. Those who have already signed up will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

Stop by the front desk and receive your key card that allows you to scan yourself in at our self sign-in kiosk. You must pre-pay and sign up for class online to take advantage of this fast check in system.

Please be aware of our policies when reserving a
place in class:
-you must still scan in or check in at front desk when reserving a space online.
-Please be signed in 5 minutes before class or your space might be given to another client on stand by.
-If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 10 minutes before class start time or your account will be charged. You can cancel online or by calling the studio.
-No shows will be charged.

This introductory special enables you to build a solid foundation for the physical practice of yoga, as well as an intellectual understanding of the process. Includes a free mat rental for all classes that you attend during your trial period. If you purchase a regularly priced Class Card or Monthly Unlimited before the end of your two week trial, you will receive 20% off the regular price. Purchase any Class Card or Monthly Unlimited, including the Monthly Auto Renew, during your trial and get 20% off your first purchase from our boutique.*

* Discount can only be used towards regularly priced class cards and monthlies: auto-renews, senior, student and military pricing not eligible. Boutique discount is a one time discount, applies to regularly priced clothing. (Does not include mats, towels and other accessories). Must be used within the 14 day trial period.

Practice Every Day!

Here's the math for an Individual priced ($160) Monthly Unlimited with Auto Renew:(based on 4 weeks in a month)

3x's per week = 13.33 a class
4x's per week = 10.00 a class
5x's per week = 8.00 a class
6x's per week = 6.67 a class
7x's per week = 5.71 a class

Auto-renew requires a three month commitment in exchange for this discounted price. Contracts cannot be canceled or put on hold during the three month agreement for reasons other than illness, injury, etc. This will automatically be charged to your credit card each month. Contract automatically renews at the end of the three month agreement for another three months. Please notify in writing 30 days in advance of your billing date to cancel. Please see the Buddhi Staff to sign up for a Couples or Family Auto Renew.

Miscellaneous

Mat Rental: $2.00

Key Card Replacement: $3.00 (all class card holders and monthly unlimited members will be given key cards for faster sign in. We will replace a lost card on the first occasion free of charge. After the first loss a $3 charge will be applied.)
